Overall it was a nice size and lovely looking, with a separate bathroom. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the attractions and local food, Santa Cruz and shops and transport routes.

It was clean and the staff were competent and responsive, beds were comfy. The hotel was in a central setting in the plaza which is about 9 Euros a day. Rooftop bar was there.

Fairly clean property with attentive staff. Perfect central location, really close to the beach, the central bus station, and the centre of Santa Cruz. Nearby Mercat Bar - great place to chill out. Terrific service overall and parking nearby.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, had much fun and met very helpful and pretty friendly staff at the night shift. The location was particularly good and perfect for traveling around Santa Cruz de Tenerife, close to transport routes, the center and the main shopping street. Being really close to El Rincon de Frida was nice, we had dinner there. It was a modern and stylish hotel, no complaints whatsoever, do recommend.

Had a nice stay especially on Friday and Saturday night during our stay, everything was brand-new. The food was brilliant and there where a great selection of dishes in the menu. It offered us marvellous and perfect location right by the bus station and the main shopping street. Spent a nice evening at El Rincon de Frida, located really close to the venue;)))

brand-new place, yummy food offered for continental breakfast. the best public beach i've seen before now. liked to hang out in the center, it's within easy walking distance of the hotel. my family room was well-kept. the phenomenal staff was the best thing, were eager to help.
Facilities were wonderful, yet Wi-Fi was weak.

the property met standards, we would happily go back again. nice location and views and friendly staff. a safe, a tv with satellite channels and a study table were available in our queen room. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. the bar is lovely.

It is a great hotel with efficient staff. Situated in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, it's a superb base for exploring the city. Room was good sized as expected.
The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.
